Berrettini beats Djokovic conqueror Karatsev to win Belgrade title

BELGRADE: Italy's Matteo Berrettini won his fourth career title on Sunday defeating Aslan Karatsev, who had stunned Novak Djokovic in the semi-finals, in the Belgrade clay court final.
