Colombia apologises to journalist who was raped, tortured

BOGOTA: Colombia on Tuesday apologised to journalist Jineth Bedoya before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights over the kidnapping, rape and torture she suffered at the hands of paramilitaries two decades ago.
