France urges citizens to leave war-hit Ethiopia 'without delay'

ADDIS ABABA: France on Tuesday became the latest country to advise citizens to leave war-torn Ethiopia as Tigrayan rebels claimed to be advancing closer to the capital Addis Ababa.
