Kandungan ini dapat memicu peradangan kronis dan penyakit lainnya.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"3-minyak-kelapa\">3. Minyak kelapa<\/h3>\n<p>Perlu dicatat, minyak kelapa tak selalu lebih sehat dari minyak sawit. Minyak bunga matahari<\/h3>\n<p>Meski berasal dari bunga matahari, minyak ini punya lemak tak jenuh ganda yang tinggi. Sebaiknya, jangan menggunakan minyak ini untuk menggoreng.<\/p>\n<p>Minyak bunga matahari memiliki tingkat senyawa beracun yang tinggi setelah digoreng jika dibandingkan minyak lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Minyak akan selalu dibutuhkan pada masakan sehari-hari.
