Namun, Menteri Kesehatan, Budi Gunadi Sadikin, mengingatkan bahwa tidak semua produk yoghurt memberikan manfaat kesehatan yang sama, tergantung pada jenis dan kandungan nutrisi di dalamnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hal itu diungkapkan Budi dalam unggahan video di akun instagramnya. Ia menyoroti kekeliruan umum di masyarakat yang menganggap konsumsi yoghurt secara otomatis akan menyehatkan tanpa memperhatikan komposisi produk. Menurutnya, pemilihan produk yang salah justru dapat berisiko meningkatkan kadar gula darah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Katanya minum yogurt itu sehat. Saya sebenarnya kurang setuju, karena tergantung yogurtnya yang mana. Namun, banyak produk yoghurt di pasaran yang kini telah ditambahkan berbagai perasa dan pemanis tambahan. Akibatnya, alih-alih mendapatkan asupan nutrisi yang sehat, konsumen justru lebih banyak mengonsumsi gula.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Biasanya, kalau orang beli yogurt yang dicari, kan probiotiknya atau juga proteinnya. Tapi, kalau sudah ditambah rasa-rasa seperti ini, yang didapat malah gulanya,&#8221; tambah dia.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai solusi, Budi menyarankan masyarakat untuk lebih selektif dalam memilih produk yoghurt.
