Nato chief blames Afghan leadership for Kabul collapse

BRUSSELS: Nato Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said Tuesday the alliance was surprised by the speed of the Taliban victory in Afghanistan but blamed Afghan leaders for the “tragedy”.
