Their centres are located both in big cities and small towns, providing convenient accessibility to customers who seek courier and e-fulfillment services. In 2020, PARCELHUB centres processed more than 10 million parcels.
“Bringing on board UPS, one of the world’s largest and most trusted global shipping and logistics companies, enhances our service offering to our rapidly growing customer base. This allows us to tap into UPS’s extensive global network and innovative delivery solutions which will be especially valuable for local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and businesses,” said PARCELHUB Managing Director, Vincent Ho.
UPS’s trusted service in express delivery will be available at PARCELHUB’s outlets in phases, said Ho, adding that UPS is one of PARCELHUB’s premium logistics offerings.
“This accessibility to UPS’s network will allow local small businesses, micro entrepreneurs and SMEs, to expand their business opportunities beyond Malaysian shores to capture bigger market share. At the same time, it also enables SMEs and local businesses to explore and experience UPS’s service, especially with the rapid growth of the e-commerce industry,” he added.
“Customers are at the heart of everything that we do at UPS. Access to international shipping should never be a limiting factor to Malaysian businesses’ ambitions in going regional or global. Through PARCELHUB, we are connecting local businesses with our smart, global logistics network and even more opportunities for scalability and global expansion,” said Head of Marketing at UPS Malaysia and Singapore, Vibhav Varshney.
